The final stages of Escape are slowly getting together and as I am busy working on a feature around London called ' All Things to All Men ' with an amazing cast including Gabrial Byrne, Toby Stephens, Julian Sands and many more its a struggle to have time for Escape! Nic and I are back to LA tomo for some Halloween fun and also to get some ADR for Escape. This is now slowly in post and the VFX shots looks so super awesome it'll blow you away! The music is getting there and I am trying to nail down a Sound Designer that's not so bloody busy.
I am still trying to finish the first draft of a big picture and have a sweet little collaboration on the go too.
I start on another feature for someone els in a few weeks and so I am trying to get as much personal work done as possible, I am on art stand-by til December!
So busy in my fav month of the Year HALLOWEEN! Which means I have to work thus going to Universal Studios Hollywood to have a real Horror fun Night and get properly scared un like the UK's poor attempt, although I did participate in some Horror nights here in Kent and scared the crap out of the public for a week! 26.02.2011. Where do I start? This year has been mad already, started by doing Scenic on a film which had Bob Hoskins in it Called 'Weighing In' Then I have been mostly consumed by Production Designing a feature about a a urban girl gang called Sket, for new Production Company that put out the likes of Adulthood and Kidulthood and now the new comedy Anuvahood. I have been so tied up with this and now I have a little break before I go onto Stand-by Art Director the long awaited ' Cockneys v's Zombies' written by James Moran who wrote the hit British Comedy Serverance. I'm so looking forward to this film as its such a fun script and so many of my film making buddies are in the crew and of course I know and am friends with the Director m
Matthias Hoene from our Beyond the Rave days.
